My Background
25+ years ago, I felt overwhelmed and stressed due to an overbooked, people-pleasing, feeling-like-I’m-not-enough, disordered life. In short, I had an overcrowded life and calendar! When I began consistently journaling during my quiet times with God, I gained clarity on what I deeply valued, and developed the confidence to relinquish my white-knuckle grip on things that held little or no relevance in my life. As a result, I have developed a deep love for God and His Word. And I no longer trade off ‘best’ and settle for ‘good’! Establishing Healthy Boundaries through Journal Writing has given me the freedom to pursue the things that I am truly passionate about with the assurance that God is guiding me in all of His purposes for me.
